Ben Sherman, the iconic UK menswear brand, is set to open its first store in Northern Ireland this September at The Boulevard, creating six new jobs. Occupying a 1,314-square-foot unit, the store marks a significant step in the brand’s return to the UK high street, following Marquee Brands signing a multi-year licensing deal with BSI Apparel.

This will be Ben Sherman’s eighth outlet in the UK, featuring its Signature and B by Ben Sherman collections, along with a capsule collection inspired by the official Team GB Olympic attire. Shoppers can explore a range of classic and contemporary styles that reflect the brand’s distinctive fashion heritage.

Located on the A1 corridor between Belfast and Dublin, The Boulevard offers Ben Sherman the chance to tap into a broad, all-island customer base. Owned by Lotus Property since 2016, The Boulevard has seen a 3% year-on-year sales growth, bucking national trends in retail footfall.

Paul McCann, Asset Manager at Lotus Property, commented: “Ben Sherman is a fantastic addition to The Boulevard’s retail portfolio and fits perfectly with our shopper demographic. The menswear and sports categories consistently perform well here, and we’re excited to welcome Ben Sherman to the mix.”

The Boulevard is advised by Johnstone Property Consultants and KLM Real Estate, while Clifton Agency advised Ben Sherman in securing the new location. This collaboration will see Ben Sherman join an impressive lineup of retailers at The Boulevard, including Under Armour, Jack Wills, Double Two, GUESS, and Crew Clothing.

Earlier this summer, The Boulevard announced a £9 million redevelopment, which will see Hollywood Bowl open in 2026, alongside new restaurants, further expanding the outlet’s retail and hospitality offerings.

Ben Sherman’s arrival highlights The Boulevard’s position as a key retail destination in Northern Ireland, providing a mix of premium brands that cater to diverse customer needs from both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
